Join ESAC in the Crescent City!
Tuesday, March 25
7:30 a.m. - Late Afternoon
ESAC is taking a day trip to New Orleans for a tour and demo of New Orleans School of GlassWorks followed by lunch at the famous bistro-trattoria Herbsaint with renowned chefs Donald Link and Bayona’s Susan Spicer.
New Orleans ArtWorks at the New Orleans GlassWorks and Printmaking Studio houses the South's largest working artist and craftsman studio arena. During our Glassworks tour, each audience member will experience the origins and historical background of glass torch working. Group members may participate in an exciting hands-on activity by learning how to make their own unique torch worked glass sculpture. After the tour and demo, we will dine at one of Gourmet Magazine's top 50 restaurants Herbsaint. According to Gourmet Magazine "Herbsaint is where New Orleans, after three centuries of braising in European influences, finally puts its definitive stamp on the bistro-trattoria." Price includes transportation, New Orleans GlassWorks tour & demo and lunch at Herbsaint. We invite everyone to join ESAC in the Crescent City.
$75/ Supporting level members & above, $100/ per person (all others)
Space is limited. Call ESAC at (251) 928-2228 to sign up today!
