Facilities Rental Disclaimer / Rules of Use

Please take a moment to read our Facilities Disclaimer and Rules of Use Policy:

  • First and foremost this is an Art Gallery, please keep this in mind when renting the facility, you do have restrictions and responsibilities as the Renter.
  • Certain shows may require that you be flexible with your set up. We will try to move art work when possible, but this is not always possible.
  • When an easel, item, or art work needs to be moved, please advise the ESAC employee on duty; DO NOT move it yourself.
  • The Art Center does not set up or take down any decorations, flowers, table arrangements, or linens. All of the above items, must be removed from the premises the day of the event.
  • The Art Center does not set up or take down any tables or chairs, and these must be torn down immediately preceding the event. If requested, Renter may hire an ESAC employee to set up or tear down tables & chairs, but this must be set up at least a week prior.
  • The piano and sound system are for professional use only; please let us know prior to your event if either will be used by your musicians.
  • No food or drink should be placed on any artwork, podium, piano, stairways, hallways, or front desk.
  • Please keep in mind that all art work displayed at the Art Center is of considerable value and should be treated accordingly by all of your guests.
  • If any damage is done to the Art or Art Center, it is the responsibility of the Renter to replace or purchase the damaged item.
  • All rentals require an imprint of a valid Visa or Master Card with matching drivers license prior to rental agreement being accepted.
  • Payment of Deposit or Rental may be done by Cash, Check, or Credit card. This does not supersede the requirement of the credit card in the above statement.
  • If any items are left at the Art Center following an event they MUST be picked up by 10am the Monday following the event. If not picked up by that Wednesday following the items are deemed forfeited and become property of the Art Center.
  • ALL Food, Beverages, Trash, Trashcans, etc must be removed and placed in the proper areas by the Caterers prior to their departure. You as the Renter are responsible for conveying this information to the Caterer.
  • If any food, flowers, decorations, linens, etc. remain after the caterer departs, the Rental party and guests are then responsible for the final cleanup that evening.
  • Any deliveries prior to the day of the event must be approved by the Special Events Coordinator and must not interfere with ESAC events or schedules.
  • Any items rented from any outside company, i.e. chairs, table, fountains, linens, etc. MUST be picked up by the Rental Company no later than 10am, Monday following the event. If any items that are not retrieved by 10am, Renter will be charged $25 per hour.
  • No bubbles, seeds, rice, sparklers, etc. allowed inside the facility.
  • Renters must be of legal age to rent facility.
  • ESAC employee has right to request removal of guests of Renter if deemed they are noticeably and noxiously intoxicated in manner or demeanor.
  • You as the Renter and your Guests should treat the facility with utmost care and due diligence for the safety of the premises and property within.
